The quiz will endure the teams through two rounds:-.
1. Round Robin
2. Grand Finale
Round robin:
Written elimination round
There would be 50 questions in this round out of which 10 are compulsory for entering the next round.
The topics covered in this round are world history, sports, music, technology and aviation.
Teams scoring the highest would go through the next round.
The coordinators decision would de final and binding.
NOTE: Top 5 teams scoring the best in both the phases will go to the next round.
GRAND FINALE (ROUND 2):-
1. RAPID FIRE ROUND:-
Ÿ In this round ten questions will be asked from each team.
Ÿ Five seconds time will be given to answer to each question.
Ÿ Each correct response will give them two points and incorrect will deduce 1 point and passing the question will have no negatives.
Ÿ These questions will be GK based.
2 “SCIMATEX” ROUND:-
Ÿ In this round, 12 questions will be asked to the teams.
Ÿ Team pressing the buzzer first will get the chance to answer.
Ÿ A correct answer will give them two points and incorrect will deduce one point.
Ÿ Team that passes the question to next team will loose no point.
Ÿ This round is completely technical.
3 “EYE FOR AN EYE” ROUND:-
Ÿ In this round each team will be shown TWO OR THREE pictures and will be told to identify them or connect them.
Ÿ The visuals can be anything from technology, history, sports, music etc.
Ÿ Each correct answer will give them five marks.
4 “GET THE COINED” ROUND:-
- EACH TEAM WILL BE EITHER GIVEN A SENTENCE OR A DIALOGUE. THE TEAM HAS TO GET THE CORRECT WORD.
- 10 SECONDS WOULD BE GIVEN TO EACH TEAM.
NOTE: - HIGHEST TEAM WILL BE THE WINNER.
