.........ARE YOU A TECH SAVVY?-SHOW US

The Chakravyuha is an army formation mentioned in the Hindu epic Mahabharata. As the name suggests, circuit chakravyuha literally means solving the mysteries of a circuit which are unfathomable and numerous just like there is an army of components to design a circuit. It is amazing to notice the heights of greatness we can achieve and also troubling to realize the depth we can plummet to; and that is something as simple as a single thought can spur us to these ends. Amazing, disturbing yet true, even the seemingly most normal individual is plagued by his mind and his thoughts….

Knowledge, innovative addiction, skills, guts:- if you have it, flaunt it..

Get the techno-guru status.
Come as Arjuna to solve the present day’s electronic chakravyuha.
Spin your mind to check your electronics quotient.
Build your cornerstone as electronics engineer.
Be a warrior and face the tech war.

The event challenges the conceptual clarity of an undergraduate engineers. . Grab your electro- concepts and let your circuiting talent do the greater good in our competition series. Envisage how a thoughtful design can make a difference!

You aim to design a Circuit from the given clues about the components and the application based circuit in terms of their basic definition. If the participant recognize all the components as well as the name of the circuit ,you have to build that circuit .The circuit will be given after the recognizition of the name of that circuit. Only two participants will be selected to design the final circuit. The participant who will design the circuit in the given time will be the winner. In case of tie, judges will ask some basic question to decide the winner. . The selection will mean perfectly on the basis of merit.

  • All required materials, necessary for carrying out the problem is going to be provided.
  • An entry should have two member.
  • Time is limited to give your solutions.
  • Decisions taken by the judges will be considered the final.
  • Participants are advised to take precautions as each component will be given in a specific quantity and components will not be provided if participants mishandle their components like they will not be provided with a new transistor if they burn their given transistor while doing their circuit. .
  • No readily available designs are to be allowed to the participants.
  • In case of a tie, the decision will be taken by the panel of judges and the decision taken by them will be considered the final.

FAQ's

What is the aim of the event?
Ans: The problem given will generally be a problem related to electronics and the main aim is to make the students aware of some application based circuit with fun.

What will be the eligibility criterion?
Ans: As such there is no eligibility criterion. Any interested student from any department can apply for participating in this event.

What is the minimum knowledge that is required for participating in this event?
Ans: Basic knowledge that a student of engineering learns during the first year of engineering is almost whatever one needs to use in the working condition for the circuit but certain electronics basic knowledge is required. Knowledge like application or definition of circuit or component is only required.

What is going to be the procedure for selection?
Ans: Questionnaire rounds will be conducted which will require quite a good knowledge about basic engineering and especially electronics knowledge will be stressed upon.

How are marks and other such decisions be taken?
Ans: A panel of eminent judges consisting of teachers and professional will be there to take the decisions. The decisions taken by them is going to be final and abiding to all in all respects. There is not going to be any change in this respect.
